interesting results testing new powder and Load

First off please forgive the grouping it was getting dark and I was rushing to get bullet performance and FPS results

below is a new powder color I was and still am testing
load is a NOE 454-290 with the deep hollow point pins 49/49/2 COWW/PB/HSB alloy
powder is 9.5 grns Unique ..... lab radar reports 1211 FPS
shot from a Henry Big Boy brass frame 45 colt 16" barrel at 50 yds into plastic 55 gallon drum filled with rubber conveyer belt chips

First is the load I have settled on for speed and bullet performance . It does group well when I take my time and aim properly

This load penetrated all 18" of the barrel and was resting at the back of the drum ...
recovered bullets were nearly 100% weight retention and 1 bullet measured .680 across the widest point .. All expanded very well at 1211 FPS

now as a side note at 9 grns of Unique it was getting 1144 FPS and not nearly as good expansion per the comparison pic below

YES the color is harvest gold .. I sent a couple samples out and never got any reports back ..
cast some bullets and coated little over a week ago.. The Harvest Gold coats thinner but still protects very well
This is a Plain base mold 49/49/2 alloy and going 1211 FPS ..
so yesterday I started testing I started at 8 grns ...shot 10 , loaded and shot another 10 at 9 grns and settled in at 9.6 grns fired 10 more
30 rds and the bore was totally clean with one patch

I am not sure with the coating being thin customers will like it .. performance is there but the coating is not totally opaque .. At least in my first batch..
probably going to cast another 50 or so and try again .. maybe I added too many bullets in my first shake and bake batch

Well more results.
Apparently I didn't shake long enough on my first batch of harvest gold. 2nd and third batches done on different days look great.

Bullets are flat base, not gas checked and dry tumble
