Casts a slug from 200g through 288 using the different pins. I ordered one, and it will prolly take about 2 years to get to my remote location (actually about a month).

I am gunna play with it using black powder in a single shot with all brass hulls, but I would be open to any other suggestions... yes I know that there won't be any published data. I will work up something.

May be interesting, what you gonna choot with them?lol

You need some rabbits or birds, that plain old #6 shot will work on. lol

We have a decent crop of rabbits this year, I might have to carry my 410 (that I never do anything with) in the log truck this winter.

Does your single shot have a rifled barrel? I would expect those slugs would tumble from a smoothbore 410.

I'd had great results with my four Russian molds.

You know, .410 slugs ain't really tripped my fancy, yet. I'm so busy with 12 and 20. Y'all use them for deer hunting?

I found them on evil bay. Comes from Russia, and so far it's taking forever.. still haven't received it... the whole setup was 105. I don't think it's allowed to post a link to eBay.

Bloodtrail, yes, was looking for something for the pint sized Sitka blacktails. I have seen bigger goats, with way more horn mass...lol

I have 2 rifled 12ga Marlin Slugmasters I thought about feeding with these. Right now I use Hornady SST 300 gr /FTX Sabot factory rounds. They list for close to $15 for 5-pack, velocity 2,000fps. Blood Tail, what are your findings with the Russian slug design?. Accuracy? Velocity? Weight?

I am a huge fan of Russian slug molds. The quality of both the mold and finished product is superb.

Accuracy is also outstanding out to 50. I'll take them out to 100 next.
