So the number of cosponsors for HR 367 in the House is up to 160. The Senate version is now up to 18. Despite the fact Congress can't agree on if it's night or day, there are apparently a few of them that keep this going....maybe, just maybe this could yet fly.

So far I'm very disappointed with this Congress's Second Amendment failures. They have not demonstrated the fortitude to do anything positive.

Thanks for the update. I was wondering about this and the Secretary of the Army(person who will release the Army's 1911's to the CMP) nomination the other day. Hopefully they can make some headway on these items eventually. At this point in time i'm guessing it'll be a while...
I wonder how suppressor sales are doing? I bought my first one last year (Iowa didn't legalize them until last year) and I have put off any additional purchases until the Hearing Protection Act is resolved. I'm guessing there are may people in a similar situation.
