    Dino 12ga swaged slug test

So I've been way behind lately, but I finally got around to loading up some of Dino's 12ga swaged slugs for the same gun/shooter (now closer to 80yrs old) referenced here:

    http://castboolits.gunloads.com/show...l-12ga-results

Attached is a picture of the load.

    Load is:
12ga 2.75: Win AA hull (the ones nobody wants btu that work pretty well for this purpose)
    17gr Green Dot
    x12x OP gas seal
1x 0.5" circle fly cardboard wad
    1x 0.25" felt wad
    Dino 12ga swaged slug w base (1oz)
    8-pt fold crimp

Will post results in my smoothbore and rifled test guns, and post again when the intended recipient shoots them in the Baikal smoothbore.

    Sorry I've been so lax!

Will be interesting to see smoothbore results. I love those slugs outta my rifled guns, 12 and 20 ga. Neither deer nor pigs hereabouts share the sentiment! Great to see you out and about Carl.

I'd love to find a decent mold for a "smaller" slug like that. Can't wait to see the test results!
