    Got my Michelin Rebate

I bought 4 new Michelin tires for my 300d Benz. Unbeknownst to me there was a rebate offered. The tire shop gave me the paperwork and I dutifully filled it out and sent it in. I just got the prepaid Visa card with $70 on it.
Now that I am rich I am off to invest the $70 towards a brick of 5,000 small pistol primers.
    Now THAT is wise investment!

    Good deal on the rebate!

    Also, long live the 300D! I've had 220D, 240D, 300D (x2) and 300SD

I got a 60$ rebate from Cooper for 4 new tires, and when I tried to use it for some auto repairs at the same store, it was expired.
It cost nothing, and that is exactly what it was worth.
Lesson learned, use it as soon as possible if they will let you.
    Information not shared. is wasted.

    Goodness....let's see.....240d (x2), 300d (x3) 300cd (1) e300 (1). That is over some 35 years. Sold my last 300d with 414k on it. Current 300 d is 91 (1 owner) with 250k on it.
Never did the S class cars.
My philosophy? Buy them right and drive them till the doors fall off, then buy another.
By the way. My Plates are DZLFUEL.
