if you have quickload, and a few spare minutes

If you have quickload, I wanted to ask if you could kindly take a bit of your time to figure one load for me?
the cal. is 9.3X62 (.366) boolit(cast)sized .367,sd is around 300 ( I think) weight is 285grs, the barrel is 20.5in, and the powder will be imr4895 or maybe h380, if the imr4895's pressure is too high. the goal of this load is to get to 2100fps. if you do not have the time or simply don't want to bother, that's ok, just thought I'd ask. have a good day!-Travis

What is the length of the boolit? Is it a plain base or a boattail? If a boat tail, what are the dimensions of the boattail? What is your overall length of the seated round(3.291"?)?

is 3.291 the "standard" overall cartride length for the 9.3X62? the boolit is in blueprint stage, and if I find I need to add some length to get it to weigh 285grs, I will add a bit of length forward of the crimp groove(I don't want the base of the boolit in the case) so it would be nice to know I have a bit of room to play with. thanks

Yes, 3.291" is what my cartridge print says for 9.3x62. Wikipedia confirms this, however remember I have 0 first hand experience with this cartridge. Just remember small changes in bullet weight have way less effect on pressure than a small change on seating depth. My two cents are if you keep the case capacity with the boolit inserted the same (i.e. same shank seating depth), the QL info above will be pretty close.

yes, I plan on keeping the crimp groove where it is, the 9.3X62 has a pretty short neck, so I wont be moving it in any farther. any weight changes will be small and will be achieved by altering the nose length and ogive.
