My wife is pretty good with a "used to be mine" full size Ruger Security-six with some pretty warm .38 special rounds.

My Girlfriend has a Walther PPKs and a Colt Frontier but if I aint paying attention she will try to steal my Kimber. She loves the 1911 and shoots pretty respectable with it.

Let's include daughters. My youngest girl uses these. Taurus PT-22 and Ruger P97. The Taurus likes CCI Mini Mag; the Ruger eats everything and shoots tiny groups.

My oldest daughter has a Glock .380 for carry and a Chrome Star BM 9mm barbeque gun. I changed the sights and polished the feed ramp on the Star and she changed the grips. They both are shooters.

My lovely shoots her Ruger SP 101 4", Ruger 22 Hunter, Ruger Bearcat and S&W 36 2" her dad bought her new 1971. She shoots well enough that I don't want her shooting at me.
