Those look amazing for 30+ year old bullets. Any data for 230 gr bullets will work but they will need maximum speed to expand .

I'd load them over 6.8 gr Unique.

I was looking at load data from Speer, Hornady, Lyman, and Alliant. None of them seem to go over 6.6gr of Unique for a 230gr bullet. Would you consider 6.8 to be +P?
I have some Longshot and it looks like I can get some really good velocity without a lot of pressure. Thoughts?
6.8 gr Unique isn't +P, it's top end SAAMI MAP. 7.2 gr is +P.
Never used Longshot so I have to defer to others.

1.230" sound like a good AOL, or should I just see it enough to plunk?
