60 tin or 40 tin? What did I buy?

So I got this deal. 16 5 pound bars. And 30 pounds of random stuff.
Is this 40 tin? Or 60 tin?
Reccomended mix? I have some plumbers lead and cast wheel weights.

sent from a tin can and a long string.

    You got some industrial solder.
Plumbers used that back in the days before they banned lead from water plumbing.
But it is still used in sheet metal work like roof flashings and Air Conditioning ductwork fabrication.
    But not much any more.

Wiping solder is generally low tin. 38-40% was popular.

Wiping solder is 37% tin and 63% lead.
