I've been using Accurate 2015 in place of 3031, it might be a little faster, good in the 45-70, 32 Special, many others, measures very nicely. H322 works well for ' full-power' loads in the 3031 range, but isn't advised for lower pressures. Full loads of H322 go MOA or less in my 444 with Hornady 265 FP. H322 also measures very well.

I've used a lot of ww748 over the years in my 30-30. The RCBS 30-180 FN over 30 grains has done yeoman's work for me and I have loaded thousands of those. It will also work well with full charge loads in the 45-70, but not so good with lower pressure loads.
Honestly, for lights loads, you have a better chance of selling me the Brooklyn Bridge than convincing me there's anything better than 2400.
