    Scope suggestions: RWS Mod 52 (Diana)

    Looking for a nice scope suggestion to mount on my old RWS .177. Price, unfortunately, is always an issue.

    look for a used Bushnell sportview or sportsman...they 'were' about the most inexpensive, but good, air rifle scopes out there, but no longer made. I still have one on my 177 RWS 54. I've also found used RWS scopes (German made, I believe?) for a decent price, I have one on my .22 RWS 54 that was priced less than $100.

    I have a couple of BSA air rifle scopes that I like, the one on my 34 Diana is a 4X32 AO ten to 100 yrds. The other is a 3X9X40 AO called Essential. The 4X32 was a twenty dollar pawn shop find and the Essential is under $100 and a nice enough scope that I'm using it on a CZ 527 7.62X39. Gp

    Ended up with an "Air Force". Seems really good. Need to zero it and let loose with a few hundred. Hope it holds up.
