I have a Cimarron Pedersoli. It is the Billy Dixon model which is a standard Pedersoli model with higher quality wood and the finish is some sort of oil finish. The only difference that I can tell is the name Cimarron stamped into the barrel after it was blued. The letters are about .050 tall and the word is about 1" long. Clearly it was stamped after it left Pedersoli.

ID:	201023 Here is a re-stocked Cabela's Quigley.
As far as the sights, I went with Kelly front and rear. The pedersoli tang sights are not so good.

Arrived at the range, set up my target at 550 yards. 4 shots, 1 a fouling shot. 3 shots are low and right. For some reason my pics get rotated when I post them.

Next group is off the left, for some reason my pics get rotated when I post them. Had some wind, the last group was zeroed, decided to not make a sight adjustment.

Looks like my decision to not make a sight adjustment was the correct decision.

And again. Time to call it a day with the Shiloh and head over to the pistol range to air out the Colt's.

If you start here, you can get a good idea how Pedersoli makes their guns:

I can not know what I don't know.
