Yes there was just a sale at Palmetto State I think it was that had blemished ones for $39? Short of a one day sale your not getting a billet lower for the price of a polymer. I've used them on 2 guns for some time with no problem and as said the only drawback is they are very light. I wouldn't use them for hard hitting stuff like 458 Socom but for 223 I don't see the problem and if your building a pistol carbine they are fantastic imho
