Yes, I know some of these aren't really that old. Some of them were given to me recently by an acquaintance who decided he no longer needs to "stockpile" now that .22lr is readily available on store shelves.

The Palma and Hi-Power boxes are empty; I just threw them in the photo because I had them on my shelf. The Winchester Wildcats bring back some memories. I remember as a teenager, maybe 15, I went to town with an older friend. Bi-Mart had Wildcat .22lr on sale so I bought two bricks.

When I got home and my dad saw them he had a fit. I was being wasteful with my money. He would buy a box of 50 and it would last for years, so two 500 round bricks was a lifetime supply and then some for him.

He's neither a hunter or shooter; guns are simply a farm tool to him, a tool that he doesn't particularly like because using one means he has to put down a farm animal, something he hates to do.
