    Elmer Keith's Other .44 SWC

    Lyman/Ideal No.429422, a 235-grain hollow-base semi-wadcutter designed by Elmer Keith. It debuted in Handbook No.29 (1930), and was last shown in the chart of available moulds that was part of Handbook No.41 (1957):

    Really nice! You are a good caretaker of fine things. That mold is in beautiful. I hope you use it.

    Thanks, tigweldit! It was in great condition when my Dad passed it on to me, and I've tried to keep it that way through all the years since. And yes, I do use it. It's a personal favorite of mine in the .44 Special.
