Has anyone made their own Triple Seven pellets?

It occurred to me that T-7 is available in 50-grain pellets for rifles. Has anyone thought about adding some sort of liquid adhesive and molding them into 35 or 40 grain lumps to drop into a B/P revolver cylinder?

If you used a glue like an isocyanate they should hold together fairly well...then it would be just a drop and top with a bullet and crush under ram pressure.

Just a thought..anyone see an obvious flaw in this thinking that would result in instant death?
