    Martini Mk IV buttstock source?

Anyone know of a decent Martini Mk IV buttstock source that won't cost me an arm and a leg? Boyd's made them some time ago but no longer produces. a google search yields nothing that looks good.

is there a significant difference between Mk1 and 2 type stocks and Mk4 stocks?

You might try treebone? I got a stock set from them for a martini cadet. You will get a lot of options on what you want as they make them to order.

Atlanta lists the Mk1, Mk2 set for $175 you can call them if you only want the butt.

If you want real cheap get out your pocketknife.

Almost no difference that I can tell with my Mk1, Mk11, Mk111, and MkIV Martini rifles. Atlanta cutlery offers new made stock sets for Mk1 and Mk11. The only difference between these and Mk 111 and Mk IV is the forearm attachment. Stock bolts amy vary in length but this should be no big deal.
