Different size nipple orifice on 1851 Navy

This is the cylinder of my new Pietta 1851 Navy. Why are the two nipples top and bottom have larger holes compared to the others?
    Thanks

Pay no attention. The other nipples were filled with oil. Odd how to two across from each other were open. Still learning. Sorry

    .

    Pick door #1, #2, #3, or #4:

    * If the installer was picking nipples from a bin full, the wrong nipples were mixed in & accidently installed in those 2 chambers. (I seriously doubt an assembly line installer is checking orifice sizes)

    or

    * same situation as above, but the other 4 nipples are the oddballs.

    or

    * the four nipples with the smaller orifices have built up fouling inside

    or

    * some dweeb cleaned the two larger nipples with a power drill & a too-large drillbit.

[EDIT: it looks like door #3's the winner ! ]
