Grizzly with a revolver!

I was stationed at Ft Wainwright '87-'92. I shot a few black bear over bait and a grizzly in the Brooks Range on a float hunt. There are a lot more bear around now then there were back then.

Great job. And with a 41. I kept myself from getting chewed on a long time ago with a 41 Mag. But that was before the heavy hard cast bullets got popular. I didn't know about them anyway. Which is not uncommon when out in the brush . I didn't have confidence in the 210 gr8 factory loads. But would have dropped the hammer if he hadn't rolled over and left. Looks like a great load.

Your right there are lots more bears up here now then there were 2 decades ago.
