    Alox 350 for tumble lube

I happened to get 32 oz of alox 350
I am wondering if I can heat it up and mix it with mineral spirits and use it as a tumble lube.
I would like to use it in the same manner as LLA
    Thanks

No, it will never dry. Alox 350 has the consistency of a light grease.
You can mix it with Beeswax to make a pan lube or something to run through a lubersizer.
For a tumble lube you will need Alox 606-55, it is a completely different product.

it is pretty darn good in the beeswax though.
probably better than the newer stuff really.
