For lead Titegroup runs a little hot, and HS-6 is great once up in pressure but generally works better with heavier projectiles. I've had great results using Titegroup with both Copper coated and HiTec coated bullets, a little goes a long ways so be careful of double charges but the nice aspect besides economy is how even though the charges are small they aren't position sensitive. I use a fair amount of HS-6 in 9mm but only with 124-125 gr bullets and near max charges.

Have any of you used HP-38 for cast in a 38 special?

Yes, it's almost as if it was made for .38sp.

I like Power pistol in the 9mm--5.4 grains with a lee 358-120 TC. it is a standard load for me.

The only load I have used Power Pistol in a 38 was 4.7 grains under a 158 grain 358-311 LRN. IME, Power Pistol likes to run on the warmish side--it is not likely to produce good results in light loadings, so figure on using it for +P 38 loads. If you have Unique, I'd use that for my 38 Special loads, especially in a light weight Charter. A 148 grain Wadcutter over about 3.3 grains of Unique should shoot pretty well.

No doubt that Bullseye will work well in both.
