Knowledge without understanding is a dangerous thing. For a little knowledge entices us to walk its path, a bit more provides the foundation on which we take our stand, and a sufficient amount can erect a wall of knowledge around us, trapping us in our own ignorance.

Knowledge is easy to get, but worthless if you never use it. However the info is free, so the only person you have to blame is yourself if you chose not to use the information.
I'll take at least one. Is it being cut yet?

I have one, it's a Lyman 37583. Now if you were to copy the Lyman 37582, I'd be interested for sure. Regards, Woody

Take a kid along.
Yeh, I have one to, but it casts at 0.374" which is rather undersize and doesn't shoot worth spit. I also have a oversize LEE RN for blackpowder revolvers that casts at 0.380 on the nose, 0.378 on the middle band and 0.372 on the base. It does alot better than the Lyman does like nice sub 3/4" at hunting distances. the whole point is to get one the right size that works that everyone can get.Now have you got a 37582 for me to measure?Originally Posted by woody1

I guess if I had a 37582 I wouldn't be needing one would I? It looks pretty much like a 375248 except no front band and about 175 grains. Regards, Woody
