Heck, most animals react only to movement and smell. You can wear just about anything you want and if you stand still, with the wind in your direction, you will go undetected. I've had deer walk up to me, within a few feet, or run at me (when wearing plain shirt and blue jeans). Until I make a movement or noise they won't go away. Same with most small game as well.
