Sounds like a challenging course of fire! Congratulations to you sir, sounds like a really fun match!
Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer? This is very interesting, I can't think of any competitive event we have in America involving shotgun slug shooting. Congrats on winning it, I'm sure a lot of work went into load development, not to mention shooting practice.

    Hello to all.
Yes...is necessary many time and many experiments with various powders, primers, slugs and shells...and many many many practice. It is a so difficult shoot becouse no there is the gyroscopic effect in the slug. This is replaced with experience and...practice, especially in 100 meters shoot... but, when you hit a plate at 100 meters...the sound is marvellous...
BTW the is also the european championship...

Sounds like a fun match! Does anyone use telescopic or electronic sights?

    Hello.
No...in those matchs are used only iron sights, no optical or electronic sights...
