Many have shot it in a marlin 1894 most had to trim the brass a touch. The meplate to crimp groove is around .340

FYI, for those of you who are so inclined, the 360640 HP bullet makes a dandy 147 grain 9mm load. I am NOT so inclined, but I tried it just out of curiosity, and it works great. 3.7 gr Power Pistol in a 3.5" barrel gave me 860 fps with low recoil and good accuracy. Bullet loaded just to where crimp groove doesn't show fed perfectly in my pistol.
