Pronghorn rib eye
Sushi at Fuji Japanese Restaurant. Salad with the ginger dressing, and the Crawfish Roll.
But I also got to eat at the catfish buffet on Saturday with my daughters!
I smoked a bunch of chicken legs and thighs for my kids and grandkids.
Went to the range with oldest son, came home and cleaned up and my wife to me to Carraba's for pork chop Marsala garlic mashed potatoes and salad. Yum very good.
Sirloin steak, baked potato, tempura jumbo shrimp and pineapple upside down cake for dessert......couldn't ask for more....

Son made hickory smoked baby back ribs, smoked cheesy jalopeno links, corn on the cob, also cooked in the smoker. Wife made a big bowl of banana pudding. Iced tea to wash it all down with.
Gooooooood eating.

You'll laugh but I has SOS on mashed potatoes and loved it
Hi...
My son took my wife and I out to dinner for Father's Day.
Medium rare ribeye, baked potato, salad with ranch dressing and stuffed mushrooms.
Nice dinner and a nice day.
He also took us out to see the Wonder Woman movie.
Marinated chuckeye steak, slow smoked on the Traeger grill to 125F, then seared on a smoking hot cast iron griddle until nicely caramelized and crispy on the outside, dark pink and juicy on the inside!
And some lobster tails, split, buttered, slow smoked with the steaks, then barely grilled on cast iron until just barely done.

I buy the cheap roasts and cut them into steaks. Just bought some at Aldi's for $3.89 per lb. Broil them medium rare. 3.5 min per side. Just as good as the expensive stuff.
