No idea on bore size. Was using cast sized at 356 with no issues and tin can accurate

I wonder if I could use this to convert my Gen 4 model 23 40 cal to 9mm if I used 9mm mags. Anyone know?

They make one for the 23 to convert to 9 mm. I don't think the g19 barrel will work. I would check with lone wolf first.

Can't you use the same mags for both? I'm pretty sure my M&P can, all I need to do is swap my 40 barrel for a 9mm

The model 19 barrel will convert a model 23 to 9mm. You can also feed 9mm from your model 23 mags but not reliably. For the best reliable feeding your going to want 9mm magazines.

In a pinch you can use the 19 barrel in a 23, however the muzzle end will be loose due to the differences in the muzzle end of the 23 slide.
The barrels for the 23 are bigger in diameter than the 19 barrel.
You can use 40 mags for 9mm, gen 4 mags work best for this, but I would not carry this way!

If you want to use a 9mm in a 23, your best bet is to go with a conversion barrel for the 23.
You can also use a stock sig barrel in a 23 and even use the 40 mags with no reliability issues.

Good on you, sir. Be well and good luck with your sale.
