Aren't there generic cases made for trimming to the various .577 and .600 Nitro Express cartridge cases ?
The British always marked the chamber area with the exact maximum case length that a rifle was to use, to avoid mixups due to many proprietary cartridges sharing the same case head and body diameters.

There are, and the standard .577 should be fine as regards length and diameter. The trouble is that they were designed for double rifles, with a sliding extractor which is always parallel to the case head. So they kept the thin rim of the originally iron-rimmed Snider. It isn't as bad a problem as the hollow rim and very thin head area of the shotgun cases, but not desirable.

They would also be expensive. I have heard widely diverging opinions of the durability of cases like Bertram, and an explanation might be that both are true, of different cases at different times.

Another possibility is that you could use 17/32in K&S brass tubing with 1/64in. walls, to make a short sleeve fitting over cases of the .45-90 family. That should in theory make the head about .537in., while the thin part of the wall expands to chamber and die diameter, locking the sleeve in place forever.
