I built several six spout pots a few years ago. First was six individual spring loaded pins that were actuated by a common bar. It worked pretty well, but the "lee drips" were a constant annoyance. Also, the lead flow from one to the other was not as consistant as I'd like and was giving a systematic weight difference between the mold cavities.

I went to a nozzle maifold with a single valve to feed six nozzels. That made things much worse as the center nozzels started filling first and the outer nozzels got significantly less pressure so those bullets were consistantly several grains light.

I went back to the six spout pot for a while, and for blasting bullets it works well. For match bullets I went back to ladle casting...
