    Herter's Rifleman Press

    Made from 1977-1979. All I have seen are brown though it is pictured in the catalog in red.
    Essentially it follows the O frame design of the RCBS Jr series press, rather than the cheaper C frame used by much of the competition in those years.

    I guess the angle of the photo is throwing me. Is that a U-3 press with the window cut?

    No, it is a totally new design that is very close to the RCBS Jr presses in appearance and function; ram, linkage, frame design and opening are all the same as RCBS.
