There are so many good answers to this question.
But if I had to get by on one press for everything, it would be a LEE Classic Turret. But then again, maybe a Rock Chucker, Big Boss, Super Deluxe..............
CO-AX but I hate to give up the 550.

Hmmm, one press only? I believe the CO-AX would be my choice.
Love my Dillons and have had to develop loads when I didn't have a spare set of dies for the Rock Chucker. It's tedious but can be done. Easier since I got a Chargemaster. The RC will do everything I want and I have LnL bushings on every die I use in it. If I was no longer shooting competitively I would keep the RC. Otherwise it would be the 550.

David: You do know that the BPM Hand Press is now available with the LNL Quick Change Die System?

Apparently the Pacific I've had since circa 1978 is my choice.
550 and no regrets, but I'd miss that rusty, beat to s#9% MEC 650 from the early eighties I have that just keeps cranking out near factory 12 gauge Gun Clubs.
Rock chucker most likely, though last year I went without that even and just had 310 tong tools, had a very small place last year.

another voter here: Rock Chucker I've had since the 70's actually 2 of them but...still
works great even on .338 LM, 458 WM...all the way down to 22 Hornet or 17 Rem

Yessir, I did. Thought I made a post on your thread about the brilliance of incorporating the LNL system but might have only 'started to' make the post. Your press is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. My answer was based solely on presses I already own. I was looking at the question from a downsizing perspective rather than selling off and buying new.
Thanks!

If I could only have one, it would be stronger than a Rock Chucker, lighter than a Lee Hand press, and have the speed of at least a Dillon 550 with case and bullet feeders..
Something with compound linkage and an "O" frame. Like a Redding Big Boss or an RCBS Rockchucker.

I do too, but maybe down the road. I love owning and USING fine tools. One of my conditional comments was when I'm no longer shooting competition I could get by without my 550. I think my recently rebuilt knee is sufficiently healed to start shooting USPSA again as of next weekend, so time to hit the 650 and crank out some rounds. The 650 is just a luxury for pistol competition and .223 in volume but the 550 is my mainstay except for low volume varmint, big game and big bore pistol rounds for which I use the Rock Chucker.
After I retire, start moving slowly and join the old guys' benchrest club I'll be calling. Not quite there yet.

I'd love to have one myself, someday. I see, and respect the versatility of it, I just can't justify it right now.
As an aside, why is it so hard to screw in dies that are preset, vs using the lnl bushings? I'm not knocking the lnl setup, I'm just thinking how long it really takes me to screw in a preset die.
I'll go back to my corner now, sorry.
RCBS Rockchucker, the do anything press.
I want a 1080 Fenwick made by Spacely Space Sprockets that you dump dirt into the hopper in the back of the microwave looking device, punch in what you want and how many, then press the start button. Once it "dings" you open the door and take out the container of ammunition, unless you presses the "loaded" button and it comes out in the magazine you indicated..
