NEI Walt cut dual cavity paper patch mold value?

I acquired this mold in a lot that I had bought. I know nothing of paper patched bullets, and really don't want to step off into that deep water. So I've decided to sell it.
There is a note tucked into the box saying it's a one of a kind, because the process to make the mold must have been troublesome to Walt. Does anyone have an estimate on its value? I don't want to seem like I have the Hope diamond or anything, but I also would like to recoup a portion of the cost on the lot, and not leave any money left on the table. Your advice would be much appreciated.Click image for larger version.

Here is the current price list for the NEI moulds. Walt made several special moulds for me and he never charged extra for custom moulds for me. If the blocks are undamaged and unused it is worth the current price. http://www.neihandtools.com/online_order.html

Is the base plug designed to make the bullet base concave?

No sir, the bottom is flush. The bottom is rebated or beveled, which ever term you choose.

Any idea as to what diameter and length bullets it throws?

I could cast a few and tell you. But I'd assume .301 as the tag on the mold says. As I've said, I know diddly squat about paper patched bullets. What alloy would confirm the diameter for you? I can mix up just about any recipe. Length looks to be 1.060

A quick measurement of the cavity shows it to be as stated .301

Thanks! If I didn't already have essentially the same thing from NOE, I'd be all over that. One of these guys here who shoot PP 30 cal need to step up, you won't find another one of these any time soon!

This mold did find a new home, oddly returning back to Texas where it had been purchased originally.

Good! I didn't think you would have any trouble selling it.
