Jim
I haven't, i set mine up about 15 feet away, I haven't had any issues
On my old Pact Profesional I had a lexon guard made to protect the screens from patches. On my Lab Radar unit nothing is really needed
Rcbs chrony ----no problems
I have a lexan front box (two layers)to protect my pro-chrony from sabots and the occasional loose gas check.
Thanks everyone!
Jim
I set up my Oehler's skyscreens about 15 feet in front of the muzzle; works fine with all muzzleloaders.
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.
Must be my old Pact chrono....or me. I always have to tape a piece of newspaper to the front guides to keep the burning powder and maybe the patch from causing spurious readings.
