    DIY Camo Dipping

    Has anyone tried these camo dip kits for gun stocks? www.camodipkit.com

    I was looking at trying the $59 starter kit. Looks like you can do 2 gun stocks with it.

    I became a dealer for the stuff and upon doing a couple synthetic gun stocks and various other smaller items I never stocked the stuff. The clear coat and dip paint comes off easily as in insect repellent really atacked it. If it touched anything I sprayed within the hour it softened and pulled off. Maybe with a more durable clear coat it would work better but my experience was not good.
