    My lead wire press takes a 1 3/4 x 8 inch lead slug , cold it takes a while ( 1 minute ) to squirt out the 0.255 wire , when i heat the die head up to 120 C, It squirts wire out like a week old chicken curry gone bad...

    Maybe a roll extruder where the small piece of lead is between 3 rollers and feed thru and comes out the far end at dia? Even if you just rolled it down to size and the length of the rollers a few sections 4-6" long would go a long ways.

    I use a backhoe or log splitter for the powder supply, no heat needed. For what a roll of 50/50 lead tin solder costs I use it for the .22 and 6mm bullets
