Nice fish! Somebody doctored one of our California lakes a few years ago with Northern Pike. I would really have liked to go up there as I enjoy fishing for them, but Fish and Game poisoned the lake to get rid of them. Our family used to go up to Michigan fishing every year and the lake we went to most of the time was full of Northerns. Not real fun till they got up around thirty inches, but what fun then!

That is one nice and tasty looking fish. Weather you catch and release, or have him for dinner, you won big time.

That is a nice one and about 10 lbs I'd guess! We don't weight them or measure them unless it is something really good, the cooler I carry is 24 inches so that's my measure. Trolling, jigging?
