    Lyman/ideal 358212 with meplat ??

Does anyone make a mold similar to the Lyman/Ideal 358212 but with a good meplat. The 358212 fits and feeds perfect in my 9mm carbines but it is a round nose.

Lee .358-125-RF might work for ya. Lyman 358477, might too.

Good bullet but i was looking for a heavy weight RNFP if i could find one ideal 358416 looks like what I want but finding gold is easier than finding one of those.

Accurate has several heavy 9mm bullets with flat nose which should fill the bill for you:

NOE has several RFN designs in various weights. His molds are great.

I was hoping to get one I could use one load in all my 9mm carbines. I have the 358-155Tc that was a real loser every gun would have a different C.O.A.L. that is what im trying to get away from.

This one was based off the 358242 / 356242 so it's a bit lighter than the 358212, but possibly close in profile?

I began working with cast bullets in the 9mm about 1988 and I've used many moulds. To date, #358212 has been the most accurate.

My favorite boolit for the 9mm and Super 38 is the Lyman 358480. No, this is not a RN-FP but it feeds without a hitch and has as large a meplat as you could ask to find and function. For revolvers I crimp in the top lube groove, works very well there. This is an "in between" weight of around 135 grains depending on your alloy. If you need to go heavier Lee still has their 158 grain RF pattern in 6X. You just have to make peace with the bevel base (these bevels went away from my 6X mold). Currently have a 2X mold for traditional casting, also have a single cavity mold that will soon be hollow pointed for more experimenting.
