30-06 Load with 31-134D or other lighter plain base bullet

I am looking for a bullet for the 30-06 03-A3 accurate enough for offhand shooting at 100 yards.
Does anyone have any experience with bullets of about 135 grains such as: 31-134D

    Thanks

I use Accurate 31-134D in the 7.62x54R in a Finnish M39 with 6 grains of Bullseye. Scary accurate! Also works well in the .303 British.

Same charge should work well in an '06 if your bullets are sized smaller .311-.312 depending upon state of barrel and throat wear in your '03A3.

When ordering the mold from Accurate you can specify a smaller band diameter of .310-.311 better suited for the '06.

In the '06 I shoot 31-155D with 6 grains of Bullseye with very good results to 200 yards.

Have used 8.0 gr. 700-x with the Lyman 311241 RNPB in 150 gr. Which will hold the ten ring on the small bore target at 100 yd from my .30-06.
