NOE - HTC 402-180 WFN w/ HP Option

I've been working with NOE on a HiTek (PC) WFN 10mm/.40Cal design in hopes of a group buy for a HTC402-180 WFN with a hollow point option.

Unable to get any of the NOE website pages to load. An error 403 page pops up every time.

I have done a little more reading and found that the HiTek is a bullet without a lube groove so I am not interested in this one. Apparently one has to be a logged in member so see any discussions on his forum and in general the NOE website is very difficult to get into. I have with numerous tries been able to get in and see his mold selection this morning, but it is a very frustrating website.
