    Through smelting lead

Got out my propane tank and burner. Melted down the last of my wheel weights. Added twenty more ingots to my stash. Funny, but now I'm on the hunt for more lead. I really do think this gets addictive.

I must be the luckiest guy on the planet. A friend of mine owned a tire shop, and I used to get a bucket of ww's here and there from his guys. I would always trade a case of beer for a full 5 gallon bucket and that made the workers very happy to save them for me.
He called me one Monday and told me he sold the shop, and the sale was closing on Friday. he told me to come get all the wheel weights I could carry away. Many trips later I had some 2500 lbs of wheel weights in 5 gallon buckets in the basement....along with bloody fingers and a sore back.
I am all set for life.
    Lucky me.
    But I STILL scrounge lead!
