I prefer Using File trim dies. Does anyone On the forum Use The Harbor Freight "AIR FILE". It is really cheap But does it work.

From what I know about about power files (pneumatic and electric) they would be too aggressive to use for case trimming. They are normally used on heavy duty work on large areas and were often used on auto body work. For case trimiming a fine single cut file would be better...

The actual power files we used only used jewelers files. I have always used a fine ^" smooth cut for most of the trim dies. ANother issue is listening to the air tool or electric power file for any length of time.
