Yes, I will be smelting more wheel weights after I ship out over 700 pounds of clipon lead to the folks that responded to the "Fire Sale", you can see the action here: Boxes I have to sort through 900 or so pounds to remove the steel and zinc ww's, the fiber stickons, lug nuts, wrenches, tire pressure sensors, broken sockets, wire drill brushes, rocks, cigarettes, etc. etc. Eventually I do find the lead clipon and stickons!!! I plan to start smelting hopefully end of the upcoming week or next. But not to worry, sale prices will remain until further notice. As an aside, I turn back to the dealers the "junk" and deduct the dollar amount from the payout of the next time I pick up lead from them.
Please send a PM if you are interested, the "weight" shouldn't be too long because I need to free up my trays when the cycle repeats itself!
Thanks either way!

Order received. What a great packing job. That is the best I have ever seen lead packed. Great job.
Thank you. As I say, I've been doing this now for 10 years. I know from accidental spills, that the packages survive drops from about 28 inches to the ground. I had 2 fall to the ground a few days ago when I did not notice a wheel on my cart was hanging by a thread (it is a press fit / splined). The cart was OK until I gave it a push to roll it. The boxes were no worse for wear. The customer will report to me when he receives his lead to see if there was any "fallout" in regard to the inner box! And I learned to roll very carefully on sidewalks. Unexpected cracks can cause the wheels to come to a screeching halt, and the boxes go *ss over tea kettle.

Thank you! And your box went tumbling to the ground along with another forum member's two 50+lb boxes! Please see my prior post in regard to the unscheduled drop test! And as requested the forum member whose boxes spilled to ground, he kindly gave me the feedback I was seeking. Outer boxes fine (as I previously mentioned in an earlier post). What he had to say, I kinda figured this would happen; and I trust my forum customer will not mind my quoting what he wrote to me.
<< Outsides looked pretty good, better than many boxes of lead I get.
Inner boxes - both had tears running from at least one corner through most of the adjoining "vertical" 90 degree corner, if that makes sense. Not enough to open up the box and let the bars spread out, but torn enough that picking up that inner box would let a bar or three start to slip out.
So, packing was enough to hold it all together well, even with that spill off the hand cart. >>
As an aside, a lady saw the spill and quickly walked over to "help" pick up the boxes (and she started to reach down)... and I quickly said, NO - they are heavy! They are 50 pounds!
