    Old Tim Lead Smelter

Here is my genuine antique deep fat fryer and lead smelter. I took a Bass Pro fryer ($29.95) and put it in an old broken forge in place of the tuyer. The gass bottle goes in an old coal sack and it looks right sitting by the cabin. The outfit will cook a turkey or will melt lead and I can process 60-80 pounds of lead an hour using Lyman ingot moulds. The rate goes up with muffn pans. I kept the handle and gearing for looks and the kids like to play cranking the handle and watching the gears spin.
