    I use this simple formula, Ideal number of powder horns = n + 1, where n is equal to the number you currently have.

    I can imagine everything else >but< my wages going up & up these days. Some of those hand carved scrimshawed horns garner a pretty respectable price. Maybe above the price of a new traditions even?

    As a matter of fact, I do! I'm trying to finish the scrimshaw on one today, and then I will put them up for sale. How many, will depend on how many boxes I have around to ship them in!

With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

You know, " the people who have the skill to make really lovely horns are getting fewer and fewer and the population just keeps growing", or make up your own story--I mean--logical reason. james
