ID:	193276Thanks to smoke, my very first attempt at powder coating was a complete success! Can't wait to load them up and feed the coonan! Or the 77/357 for that matter. I'm going full bore magnum 125gr right from the start. Go big or go home.

Yup, but man does that stuff stick to the lead! I ran the one in the picture through a Lee sizer in 358 and no loss of coating. It sure was tight going through.

If you will tap the boolits on the side of the pan to knock off all the extra powder coat...they won't have skirts like that and they will cover just fine also.

Never thought of trying pre-expanded bullets before.

I didn't want to hurt your feelings but for the life of me, I couldn't figure how you got so much PC to hang onto that little boolit!

Was thinking it musta looked like a golf ball covered in PC when it went into the oven.

ID:	194893Recovered one from the rifle today. Couldn't get the chrony to cooperate. I'm very pleased with smokes powder. This was sized to .358 and fired with 16.7gr of h110. I used cci 550 primers and mixed brass. It is a lee 158gr round nose.

You got the expansion part down...now let's see how accurate they are. Pretty cool so far...huh?

I'm very excited about it. I will be testing them in the coonan next. Hope to get the chrony working.

I got to shoot them in the coonan, success! No leading and no blue in the barrel. Accuracy was fantastic. I have no complaints.
