    22 Wildcat case question...

I found a coffee can full of once-fired 22 caliber cases based on a shortened 30-30 case. They are 1.75" long. Any idea of what they are?

    thanks,

    Rich

    I think --- the wasp is 1.715 long -- zipper is 1.875 -- 22-30/30 is standard 30/30 lenght

That length and they most likely look like an AI case, I'm betting 219 Donaldson Wasp.

Unless they are bad, i would imagine the shooter regrets losing them.

They are a bit of a hassle to make.
