    Advil is correct as well. I would say that youre using too much powder up front. It only takes a little bit. I am doing up to 2-300 bullets on a tablespoon or two.

    For finicky powder I warm the bullets first. Im only looking for a very light dusting.

    When you bake them go up to 425-450 until flowout then turn down to 400 for curing.

    I just did a batch of 125gr @ .358, pc'd, and sized back to .358 in a lee sizer with zero issue. It was my very first batch ever, and I followed smoke's directions to a tee.

    seems the problem was not too much powder cuz i bought a 358 Lee sizer and zero issues with the powder coming off .

    Glad you got it fixed. I use mostly Smokes powder now. Have a couple good powders from evilbay that coats great but waaay to thick. I keep that PC for when I have to add a couple thou to a bullet for fitment.

    try spritzing the PD's bullets with a spray lube before running them thru the push-thru die.
