    Bullet Sizing Die Patent 5394785

I have a patent database with over 3,800 files most all firearms related.

I'll post some interesting ones pertinent to casting or bullet sizing or handloading
    here and there.

This one certainly reminds me of the Lee push through sizer except its more
complex but in an interesting way. It seems to be well thought out.

    Interesting!

The plunger is balanced on a ball bearing to align with bullet base. The sizing bushing looks to be held in place in the die with a spring thingamabob for easy caliber change. You'll only need one base die, and new bushings would be dead-simple to make... I like it

    Dutchman,

Who was the patent filer on this one? This looks like the units sold by WTA manufacturing (William Woods) in Colorado. I have one and is a very nice pushthru. The interesting part of this one I have is that all you need is the insert and the pushrod, everything else is the same. I have the insert and pushrod for 358 and 452.

CM - I think the "ball bearing" is a separate ball swager ---
