NOE 432-246WC. Arrived yesterday, so now I have about 250 WC boolits cast, sized and lubed. Looking forward to test runs with various powders to find accurate loads. I seated a boolit in a 44 Special case, and another in a 44 Mag case, and the final product is impressive. These boolits look like SWCs on steroids. Along with this NOE was offering his moulds at reduced pricing which also helped me choose this mould.

I received my 45-405 mold back from RCBS today. I sent it to them 1 week ago for adjustment as the receiver holes for one of the pins was ovaled out and causing 3 thou out of round bullets. I had tried for a couple of hours to adjust the pins, but never able to get the setting just right.
After just 5 working days, RCBS got the molds back to me along with 5 test bullets, and one fitted with a gas check.
I have measured the bullets at 0.4599, with less than 0.0001 out of round, which is just about as perfect as one can ever expect. Truly amazing.
There was no charge for their service, plus they even sent the mold back in a new green box.
Its hard to buy quality these days. So far I only own RCBS bullets molds, and I think I will keep it that way.

    Hi all,
Actually, I got it yesterday, but I finally received my Mihec 45-70 "Keith styled" 400 gr HP SWC. I got a brass 2-cavity GC, but I'm having Erik at Hollow Poing Mould ream one of them to a PB for me. Can't wait to give it a try! Ed

I ordered the Accurate Molds 45-370Y to try in my 1871 Mauser. I have been using the Lee 45-70 405 hollow base sized .451 it works ok in the .455 bore, hoping the heeled .455 works better.

Just got my 454-276 gr 4 cavity swc pb mold from NOE. I'm a sucker for Al's sales. I scrubbed it and oiled the sprue plate and put it away 'till I get my ankle cast off. Don't want to drop any of the sacred silver stream on my piggies!! This mold is a beaut.

    358156 and a 358429 Lyman

I found some casting treasure at a gun show today.

First was a NIB Lyman Small Handle.

On the same table was a used, but didn't appear to abused 358156, no rust.

And at another table was a new looking 358429. I bought it as well. There was also a few Ideal hollow point molds, they looked new. They were a bit too spendy for me, but dang, they was pretty, one was a 358311.
    Here's a picture of my 358429.

Those three purchases came to $80, CAD. (about $60 USD)

Winchester in .30 GOV SR. Still don't know what it means, or why it's made like it is. I have reached out to the Winchester board for more information.
Found it on eBay from a reseller that sold only dishes and glassware. I was the only bidder.

I just received my 2nd new Accurate mold. It a 9mm, a 35-125C 4 cavity aluminum mold. Like the other one, its beautifully made. The quoted turn around time of 3 weeks was only a little over 1 week.

I just opened the package with my 3rd Accurate mold. Its a 4 cavity aluminum Keith type mold for 41 Magnum. Like all other Accurate molds, the craftsmanship is great. Turn around time was less that quoted.

Well I emailed Tom on Saturday evening last week for a slight change to an existing mold, he added it to his catalog on Monday evening. I also placed the order on Monday evening and recieved the mold today (Saturday). 7 days from requesting a nonexistent mold to having that mold on my work countertop. Pretty awesome if you ask me.

It was a aluminum 4 cavity 31-126D. We'll see how it works in my new FA97 327 Federal in a week or so.

I got a 41-330c brass mold from Tom at Accurate molds. I got it in just about a week from the day I ordered it. That was really amazing to me because how many folks order a heavy .416 dia bullets. I ordered it small at .416 because I will be powder coating it for a 416 GNR. I doubt very much he had one sitting on the shelf. I expected it to be more than a month.

    ORDERED not “got yet”

Lyman 358429 HP and thrilled to get it!! The 429 and 629 are two favorites and I have wanted HP versions of both for some time!

Should have it in a week to ten days.
