The Bullseye shooters use 4.0 to 4.2 gns. Of bullseye powder. Seat the bullet where 1/32" of the shoulder extends out of the case mouth. Taper crimp to .469-.470. Should work in any gun and be accurate.

I'm another 200swc/5grs B'eye believer. My custom(by me) Ballester-Molina and my 1911 Colt/FedOrd "GI Frank" eat it like candy.
Best, Thomas.
Got it! Ran 8+1 all day with 5.1 of Bullseye and my cast SWC seated with just a thumb nail showing above the casing.
What I wasn't doing was sizing the slugs. 0.452 has been doing the do.
Thanks to all.
They are a great small to medium game bullet as well at 900 fps. I wouldn't hesitate on a bow and arrow range deer, either.
Best, Thomas.
